Working in close collaboration with the fabric emerizing machine manufacturers, Sorma has developed special systems for joining diamond cloths that provide predictable and uniform results. In the field of fabric finishing, emerizing consists of a something similar to that of lifting up peach skin. The emerizng machine is made up of rotating cylinders covered with abrasive paper, that grinds the material producing more or less a marked effect depending on the pressure exerted on the fabric by the abrasive cylinders.
