How the Sorma cutting tool reconditioning service works
- Get in touch: contact your Sorma Area Manager or the Customer Service to receive the price list and all the information needed to activate the service.
- Ship your tools: send the tools to be reconditioned, making sure to highlight any special requests. Please pack the tools securely to prevent any damage during transport.
- Inspection: Sorma will inspect the tools and review your requests. We will contact you if the condition of the tools makes regrinding impossible, or to provide a quote for any special machining required.
- Delivery:, you will receive your reconditioned tools within 15 working days in a dedicated plastic box, which you can keep and reuse for future reconditioning shipments.
