Sorma's solutions from its Osawa and Nikko Tools lines will be presented at Sorma Ibérica's stand (Hall 9 Stand F10) at the next edition of the MetalMadrid fair scheduled for November 20 and 21.

Among the showcased products, within the Nikko Tools brand proposal are:

• DRS Drill, the drilling system with high-performance indexable inserts;
• DEX Drill, a high-performance drilling system with interchangeable heads, whose range was recently broadened with the entry of the new 8xD size.

Moreover, it is worth mentioning the DoubleRek, RekPlus, RoundPlus and HF4Plus milling solutions, as well as turning solutions and a wide selection of PCBN, PCD and ceramic inserts.

As for drilling and milling solutions in the Osawa line:

• the HF EVOlution family of solid carbide endmills for universal applications, including the recently developed HF535T endmill for trochoidal milling strategies
• the Typhoon series of solid carbide drills, including the Typhoon HL extra long drills for deep holes
• the PU/HPU high-performance universal drills and a broad range of material-specific solutions.

Note that Sorma can also provide specific solution packages to meet the needs of individual industries such as the dental and turbine blade machining. Sorma and Sorma Ibérica staff and management will be available at the stand (Hall 9F10) to welcome visitors and present all the proposals.
