New MBC blade for jolly cutting of ceramic materials, now also available with M14 thread flange
Sorma's double-sided MBC blades, recently introduced in the Stone Catalogue, are now also available in a new version featuring the M14 flange.
The MBC blade is part of Sorma's tools for angle grinders, and it is specifically designed for dry use on ceramic materials (porcelain, porcelain tile, and ultra-compact materials). The double-sided sintered diamond rim (25 mm wide) with a honeycomb pattern allows jolly cutting (45° miter joints), straight cutting and grinding. The diamond layer ensures a smooth and consistent cut with no chipping, and effortless beveling. Overall, the blade offers high rigidity, ensuring excellent linearity during processing.
MBC is available in two different configurations. The first one, introduced last autumn in the Stone Catalogue 25-26 (see p. 26) features a 22,23 mm bore. Alongside the bored configuration, Sorma now offers a second version with an M14 thread flange that allows faster mounting and broadens the range of possible applications.
