A flexible abrasive is glued to a medium-flexibility foamed base on hand pads. Its shape, designed for easy handling, adapts to a wide variety of processes. The sponge support is coloured for easy identification of the grit size.

This type of product is available in a wide range of standard diameters from a minimum of 10 mm to a maximum of 800 mm with specific supports for different applications. It is possible to choose either a version with or without holes for coolant flow. The 100 mm diameter discs with QRS or SA support are used in grinding operations with wet air sanders. Discs with a diameter of 300 to 600 with magnetic support are used in horizontal grinders.
